  • To ensure that all university examinations are conducted in a well-organized and effective manner.
  • To ensure that the number of examination question papers printed tally with the finalized examination timetable (inclusive of printing quality)
  • To ensure that the university examination timetables are announced to students at least one week before the commencement of the university examination.
  • To ensure that the online students examination authorization slips can be printed by students at least three (3) days before the commencement of the university examination.
  • To ensure that the release of university main examination results is at least two (2) days before the commencement of the new trimester.
  • To ensure that the results of the Appeal Unit Results Review of Main Examination/Replacement Examination are issued to the respective students within three (3) working days after the Senate's approval.
  • To ensure feedback received is responded to within three (3) working days.
  • To brief new students on the university examination rules and regulations during university orientation week.
  • To work collaboratively with Faculties, Centres and other supporting departments to ensure that all activities for the processing of students academic data are carried out accurately and continuously updated.

  • To ensure that the new students are briefed on the university financial aids during the university orientation week.
  • To ensure that all correspondence with the Scholarship sponsors are attended to within five (5) working days.
  • To ensure that the UTAR - Student Loans advertisements are released/uploaded in  UTAR website two (2) weeks before the commencement of the new trimester.
  • To ensure that the UTAR -Student Loans agreements are prepared within five (5) working days.
  • To ensure that  announcement is made on the effective and closing date for student to apply for PTPTN loan online.
  • To ensure that the request for verification letter for government scholarship and loans are attended to within three (3) working days.

  • To ensure that the Degree Certificates and Academic Transcripts for graduates are released on the day after the Convocation Ceremony.
  • To ensure that the request for second Academic Transcripts and loss of Degree Certificate are attended to in five (5) working days.
  • To ensure that the Conferment of Degree (COD), is issued to all graduands upon approval by Senate prior to the Convocation Ceremony.
